As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners. We do this in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our privacy policy.

Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered "sales", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please follow the instructions below.

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt-out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or other uses that may be considered targeted advertising for the device and browser you used to visit our website.

Terms and Conditions

Artwork Delivery

  • Progress images will be sent watermarked and in low resolution.
  • The final product will be sent through Google Drive. This is so that image size is not compressed.
  • The completed work will have a subtle signature that is not to be removed.

Payment & refunds

  • Before starting, an upfront payment of at least 50% is required. Upon completion, a low resolution, watermarked image will be shared before the second payment. The piece in full resolution will then be delivered. Full upfront payment is accepted.
  • Any fees incurred during the drawing process will be reflected in the second payment.
  • If you cancel the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund will be issued, depending on the progress made. For example, canceling after a refined sketch is made will result in payment being for the sketch alone.
  • If I am not able to finish a commission for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued regardless of progress made.
  • All prices listed on the pricing page are estimates and subject to adjustments based on drawing complexity. Negotiation is welcome, but the final price is at my discretion. If you are dissatisfied with that price, you may cancel the commission or adjust your order accordingly.

Amendment and Usage

  • Requests for changes to the sketch are your responsibility. Significant changes after the sketching stage are difficult and time consuming, so every such change to a previously approved aspect comes with a fee of $5. Significant changes include major changes in the pose, clothing, or core features of a character. Examples of changes that have no fee include adding/removing/adjusting small accessories (hair clips, buttons, jewelry, etc.) or slight changes in the facial expression.
  • My work will not be used for commercial or promotional purposes. This may change in the future.
  • The final artwork may be featured in my portfolio or social media platforms, unless otherwise specified in your commission request.

Proper Attribution

Proper credit is required when using my art on social media, that being a post or profile picture. Credit can be given by:

  1. tagging me and
  2. acknowledging the work as a paid commission.

Charitable Donation

  • 10% of profit from commissions will be donated to a charitable cause of your choice.
  • Any charity or cause specified in your commission request is welcome. However, if one is not provided, I will be choosing a cause to donate to.
